ePet Express also accepts MasterCard and Visa Card payments made by telephone.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible after payment has been made.

FREIGHT

If your order is unable to be filled within 72 hours you will be contacted by email and offered a refund or have the product shipped at a later date when available. No additional freight fee will be charged on delayed orders or parts of orders. If no response is received back to us before shipping your order will be automatically shipped to you as soon as available by default.
ePet Express uses the available postal service to deliver your order generally, but reserves the right to use other freight companies from time to time.
Freight charges are not included in the displayed price of an item and are shown separately.

ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions on customers outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer and not ePet Express. Customers outside of Australia are advised to check with local regulatory authorities before placing an order with ePet Express.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
ePet Express reserve the right to decline an order at our own discretion, even if electronic notification of acceptance has been given by ePet Express.

RETURN POLICY
ePet Express offer a 14 day money back guarantee, less shipping costs. Goods must be returned unused and in a saleable, undamaged condition. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs. Where goods are faulty or the incorrect product has been shipped ePet Express will accept all shipping costs. When goods are shown to be faulty or the incorrect product shipped ePet Express will either fully refund or replace the product at the customer & our discretion.
